Multi Reflex AG is the largest reprographic provider in central Switzerland. As a traditional family business, service and support are paramount. These values had to be reflected in the overall redesign, not least digitally.

Consultancy and project management

The redesign offered the opportunity to synchronize and strengthen the brand across its multiple locations. All corporate divisions were regrouped under «Multi Reflex AG» and connected by one common claim. S&B advised extensively.

Logo and design element

A minimal but essential intervention: the modernisation of the logo enables it to be reduced in size and handled in a variable manner. Through the reorganisation of the logo, the rhomboid / reflex comes to the fore as a design element and support recognition.

Information architecture

The online presence has been completely revised. Multi Reflex customers are offered a platform on which they find the entire product range as well as multi-dimensional access. The products and services are accessed via divisions that depend on the activities of the client (construction, business, graphics, studies). Furthermore, a strong internal search engine guarantees the direct route to the desired page.
