Design, with its many facets has always played an important role in our lives. With Swiss and Danish heritage, design was practically placed in the crib. To saturate our understanding of other cultures and work ethics we lived, learned and worked in many parts of the northern hemisphere. This has proven a real weapon as we are able to converse and work with all necks of the wood.
Mette Skouhus
Danish-Swiss citizen, raised in Denmark and England. Studied Graphic Design (BA Hons) in Bristol, UK and Design MA in Basel SFG, Switzerland. Worked for Atelier Works, London, UK (three years) and Interbrand Zintzmeyer & Lux, Zurich, Switzerland (three years). Founded SKOUHUS & BOMBELLI in 2002. Married to Aldo, one daughter, living in Lucerne.

Aldo Bombelli
Swiss-born, grew up in Spain and Switzerland. Trained as a multimedia producer at the SAE Institute in Zurich, Switzerland. Worked for Palla Grafik Design, Zurich, Switzerland (four years). Founded SKOUHUS & BOMBELLI in 2002. Married to Mette, one daughter, living in Lucerne.
